We were pleased to welcome our newest team member last month. Heddwen, known simply as H, is our new partner support and learning lead.
H, in this new role strengthens the team, supporting our mission to change the way that the arts, sport and event industries use technology. She will act as a main point of contact providing excellent customer service to everyone using the Monad ticketing and CRM solution.
H is based in Birmingham and previously worked at Sandwell CEP, Writing West Midlands and the Birmingham Literature Festival. Most recently, she has been renovating her home, studying as a student ballroom dance teacher, and working as an associate coordinator for the Birmingham Royal Ballet School. In her free time, she writes poetry, takes long dog walks, and goes wild swimming.
