Monad Ticketing is recruiting a Partner Support and Learning Lead.

The Partner Support and Learning Lead should be motivated to help change the way that the arts, sports and event industries use technology. As the main point of contact for all customers using the Monad Ticketing system, the Partner Support and Learning Lead is responsible for responding to customer emails and calls, solving queries and sharing best practice solutions to help them get the most out of the system.

Using the Freshdesk suite and Zoom phone and meeting tools, you will manage a small but busy team delivering excellent customer service, prioritising and delegating tasks to ensure queries are answered in line with our SLA. You will be responsible for creating and updating documentation and how-to video content which will become Monad partners’ first port of call for any questions they have, with an aim to allow them to be more self-sufficient and free team capacity for more complex queries.
